What is a good river call efficiency? Does this stat deviate by the stakes we play?

so far im playing 6max zoom on stars, overall I'm pretty sure im doing abit more river calls than "optimal" not theory wise but explo wise against the population. What are good river call efficiency stats. The population is underbluffing so far, and the preflop ranges are really tight.

My stat is 1.2 so far.

I never thought much about defending "1-alpha" at my games. I think if I would defend by "1-alpha" I would be a big losing player (by overcalling), is this assumption correct?
