66 flopping set on dry board

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $10.68
CO: $20.22
BN: $10.00 (Hero)
SB: $12.40
BB: $10.27
UTG: $7.24
MP was 36/24 over 25 hands, so not really too much to go on in terms of a sample size.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 6 6
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, CO folds, Hero calls $0.30, SB folds, BB calls $0.20
I think this is a standard call on the BU, but please correct me if I should be folding 66 here.
Flop ($0.95) 3 T 6
BB checks, MP bets $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, BB calls $0.50
I had thought about raising but with a player still to act behind and it being such a dry board with very little in terms of draws, I chose to call.
Turn ($2.45) 3 T 6 J
BB checks, MP bets $1.17, Hero raises to $2.50, BB folds, MP raises to $9.88 and is all in, Hero calls $6.70 and is all in
Here, I feel my sizing is too small. MP opens again which leads me to believe he has a decent enough hand, given that we are still 3 handed. When he shoves, I'm only beat by TT and JJ. Never folding here.
River ($21.53) 3 T 6 J 5

Thoughts on turn 3bet sizing and overall play? Somewhat happy with how I played this hand, just wanted a second opinion.
Thanks for your time:)
