AKo OOP 3bet vs CO open

So this is my first HH I have ever posted I think. After running pretty good at NL2, and crushing NL4/5 at a 12BB/100 over 20k handsample I moved to NL10 and played 5k hands. Ran pretty good and hit a downswing (bad play and some variance). Had to move down to NL4/5 but my downswing continued for 8 BI's. Now I question my strategies and I finally got here got myself an essential subscription and motivation to post my first HH. I'm not always playing with a HUD as I have the feeling that I make too many mistakes watching stats rather than observing villain's current mood and strategy. Though, villain in CO is a tight reg, I haven't seen him make very bad decisions and looks like he just plays ABC poker:

CO: €6.57
BTN: €6.83
Hero (SB): €10.59
BB: €5.42
UTG: €4.00
MP: €5.78
Hero posts SB €0.02, BB posts BB €0.04
Pre Flop: (pot: €0.06) Hero has Ah Kd

fold, fold, CO raises to €0.12, fold, Hero raises to €0.48, fold, CO calls €0.36
Flop : (€1.00, 2 players) 9h 6s Jc

This board is not particularly bad for me, but it does hit villains 3bet calling range faily often: 88-JJ, ATs-AJs, QKs, KJs, perhaps KJo and AQo some of the time, although KJo would be a little loose and of course a few suited connectors like TJs+. I decided to show aggression and make a cbet for value. AQs might light 4bet me here some of the time? Even though this board does hit vilain's range fairly good. I decided to cbet for value.

Hero bets €0.44, CO calls €0.44
Turn : (€1.88, 2 players) 7s

De turn doesn't hit villain's range, neither does it hit mine. So I decided to cbet the turn hoping for a fold.

Hero bets €1.36, CO calls €1.36
River : (€4.60, 2 players) Ad

Here I put villain on a tighter range: 99, villain might have floated with TT, although I suspect he would fold TT here some of the time, JJ, ATs-AJs, KJs, QJs and TJs. Maybe villain would fold TJs and stick with QJs.

I decided to cbet for value.

Hero bets €2.08, CO calls €2.08

Did I miss any value or did I play it overly aggressive on the turn? Also putting villain on a range sometimes is not as easy as for a beginner. How is my hand-range analysis?

Thanks guys!
