general cbet queshtion , y u 100% cb?

Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with A T

2 folds, CO raises to $0.12, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, CO calls $0.28

Flop ($0.82) 6 9 2

Hero checks, CO bets $0.57, Hero folds

just gave an example.. do u generally cbet 100% i.e. in 3betpots when u have overs? and why?

like here my range looks dis ,
green underline = always 3bet
yellow = means sometimes 3b sometimes call
other that is not underlined is a 100% calll

do i need to cbet even this hand and why?
wat u ppl generally looks for, and what questions u ask urself when deciding if cbet..
