How to play middle set ?
Playing in a loose 10/20 with the 40 straddle on. I'm on the button with 99 and 4k stack. Preflop -two guys and I call the straddle along with the BB. The SB folds. Flop is Kc9c5d. The tight BB (2k stack) bets out 225. The CO (6k stack) calls. What should I do?
