NL 50, bvb vs loose fish

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) UTG: $55.22
CO: $50.00
BN: $54.00
SB: $50.00 (Hero)
BB: $39.50
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with 7 9
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls $1.00
Opp is 66/12 so far. 50/67/45 AFQ, 22/38/47 wts/wsd/wwsf
0 fold on bb vs sb.

Im not sure I need to open this hand, because complete from SB is also good.
Flop ($3.00) T J Q
Hero bets $1.88, BB calls $1.88
So here I flop draw that is good enough to make me wanna see turn. Im not sure about bet. By betting I make him fold trash hands like 62s or other. Depending on his actual preflop call (I dont know if he really call with 100% hands like 82o) he folds 15%+ of hands in his range on the flop, because he will always call with T, J, Q, K, T.

But x/c is also bad, because he choose sizing and I dont have foldEQ.

Probably bet is better.
Turn ($6.76) T J Q 4
Hero checks, BB checks
Here I give up. To make him fold K-Ax hands or Tx, I need to barrel 2 additional streets, which is probably bad idea.
River ($6.76) T J Q 4 K
Hero checks, BB bets $6.50, Hero folds
fold vs potsize.
Final Pot BB wins $6.46
Rake is $0.30

OK or not?
