NL100 Turn TT into bluff?

BN: $130.86
SB: $178.59 (Hero)
BB: $112.45
UTG: $167.85
HJ: $51.19
CO: $158.35
CO is a reg
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T T
UTG folds, HJ raises to $2, CO calls $2, BN folds, Hero raises to $10, BB folds, HJ folds, CO calls $8
Flop ($23.50) Q 4 7 (2 Players)
Hero bets $12.50, CO calls $12.50
I was betting this flop for protection but looking back I think my sizing needs to be larger esp. considering we are deepish.
Turn ($48.50) Q 4 7 A (2 Players)
Should I turn my hand into a bluff? I think this is an OK card to do it on. I can get JJ to fold and maybe some weak Qxs. The presence of a double flush draw reduces some of my FE though. I do have some SDV vs. 88/99/7xs but they are folding to a turn bet anyway. There's also a chance villain peeled flop with Axcc and is definitely not folding now though.
