Villain is a player who clearly thinks but does not fold to three bets (15% Ft3b over hundreds of hands). Steal percent is 27%. They are passive postflop and bet sizes well for value against other players

Three things come up here
1) Turn - What bet size is best - a smaller bet for value against Kx and 99-QQ or pressure on the draws, which they certainly did not fold.
2) When I come to this river against them and most of my population, I think my decision is either bet fold or check fold. They don't have air in less contested pots.
3) How do I hand read better in three bet pots? That's what I'm running into now. I just don't know what ranges to expect, let alone how to widen them for looser players. On this river I just didn't have a range that I could say betting thin is or isnt a bad idea.
