NL30 AK OOP on a nasty river

Blinds: $0.15/$0.30 (4 Players) BN: $30.65
SB: $30.60 (Hero)
BB: $30.00
CO: $79.37
Villain is a player who clearly thinks but does not fold to three bets (15% Ft3b over hundreds of hands). Steal percent is 27%. They are passive postflop and bet sizes well for value against other players
Preflop ($0.45) Hero is SB with K A
CO folds, BN raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $2.40, BB calls $2.10, BN calls $1.50
Flop ($7.20) 6 4 K
Hero bets $3.30, BB folds, BN calls $3.30
Turn ($13.80) 6 4 K 2
Hero bets $5.40, BN calls $5.40
River ($24.60) 6 4 K 2 J
Hero

Three things come up here

1) Turn - What bet size is best - a smaller bet for value against Kx and 99-QQ or pressure on the draws, which they certainly did not fold.

2) When I come to this river against them and most of my population, I think my decision is either bet fold or check fold. They don't have air in less contested pots.

3) How do I hand read better in three bet pots? That's what I'm running into now. I just don't know what ranges to expect, let alone how to widen them for looser players. On this river I just didn't have a range that I could say betting thin is or isnt a bad idea.
