[NL400] Huge draw IP, 3B pot, turn play ?

HH is not working, so here is the hand :

Villain is a reg really aggro, with 20%+ 3B on late versus steal, and with a very high aggr. factor overall (between 38 to 42%).

He sucks out me one hour ago on 8xxcc with Jh8h versus my 99, 3B pot, BB vs OTB, AI flop.

That's the third time on 4th BvB situation he limps on this particular table (I checked back one time (he had J8o), I raised the second time and he folded).

PF seems an easy call.

Flop is interresting : I got a huge draw to the nutz, I am IP and he bets very smallish with a polarized range. I think he will very often second barrel when he choose this sizing, so I choose to call the flop / raise the turn if he barrels again.

Is it better to raise / GII flop (high variance with a lot of equity) or just to flat IP flop + turn and hope to showdown our ace high (low variance road) or to take my line (high variance with a lot of fold equity, but with lower equity versus his pairs) ?

What if I had 45cc / 46cc / 56cc for example ? Will you take another line ?
