NL50 AA vs FISH facing paired turn

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (7 Players) MP: $55.85
CO: $34.25
BN: $70.10
SB: $52.86
BB: $50.00 (Hero)
UTG: $29.37
UTG+1: $51.50
MP - REG 19/15 after 12k. UTG - FISH 29/2 after 45hh, no info basically
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with A A
UTG calls $0.50, UTG+1 folds, MP raises to $2.25, 3 folds, Hero calls $1.75, UTG calls $1.75
I tend to call all my playable range and lead most boards. Because 3bet gets rid of fish (mostly) and reg decent amount.
Flop ($7.00) T 3 8
Hero bets $4.00, UTG calls $4.00, MP folds
Flop standard lead as I mentioned.
Turn ($15.00) T 3 8 T
Hero bets $7.00, UTG raises to $23.12 and is all in, Hero calls $16.12
Turn I'm not sure which is best option to bc or bf. I don't like checking and loosing value (from FD's, PP's, overpairs)
River ($61.24) T 3 8 T 6

When I get raised on turn I'm not sure I can fold. No info about fish, but board is FD, Fish could have JJ,QQ, but I'm not sure if he is raising that on turn, or only Tx+FH's. How would you play in this spot?
