NL50 BvB 3bet-pot: shove 2pair on river?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (8 Players) SB: $50.00
BB: $66.15 (Hero)
UTG: $57.54
UTG+1: $11.25
MP: $50.00
MP+1: $135.55
CO: $96.45
BN: $50.00
This is on a nit-ring table, but both me and villain (I assume) play mostly 6max. Villain plays a pretty standard 25/19/10 game over my small sample (107 hands).
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 2 T
6 folds, SB raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $4.75, SB calls $3.25
Mostly a fold for me pre, but villain just lost a buy-in in the previous hand against a fish with 2pair against a straight in a spot where he should have folded easily. So he might either be a weak reg or tilting.
Flop ($9.50) 5 T 2
SB checks, Hero bets $3.25, SB calls $3.25
Turn ($16.00) 5 T 2 4
SB checks, Hero bets $10.50, SB calls $10.50
River ($37.00) 5 T 2 4 9
SB checks, Hero bets $47.65 and is all in, SB calls $31.50 and is all in
9 kinda sucks for my range... Hero times down all the way and thinks whether to shove or bet ~$15 and ends up shoving.

Thoughts on river would be very much appreciated! Eazyyy shove or too thin?
