[NL5z] - TPTK & nut flush draw in deep 4bet pot facing turn overbet

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.62
SB: $4.55
BB: $5.00
UTG: $15.35
MP: $8.44
CO: $9.46 (Hero)
No reads on villain
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with K A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.50, 3 folds, MP raises to $1.35, Hero calls $0.85
No specific reads on villain, but population tendencies suggest that a 4bet more than 100bb deep is an extremely nutted range.
Flop ($2.77) 6 5 4
MP bets $0.85, Hero calls $0.85
Was just going to fold here but vs this sizing IP with BD nut flush draw and 6 potential live outs I don't think we can fold.
Turn ($4.47) 6 5 4 K
MP bets $6.24 and is all in, Hero calls $6.24
We pick up a fantastic turn and villain overbet shoves.
River ($16.95) 6 5 4 K J

My thinking on the turn is that his range is KK, AA and AK. Knowing this can we realistically fold? Is my line good? Thanks.
