Hero bets $1.95, MP raises to $9.61 and is all in, Hero calls $5.55 and is all in
Turn ($23.06) 9 3 4 4
River ($23.06) 9 3 4 4 J
Final Pot BB lost and shows two pair, Queens and Fours.
MP wins and shows two pair, Kings and Fours.

Rake is $0.94

Even though this isn't a very common spot, I'm losing a lot of BB's from being dominated when having QQ. I seem to always lose my whole stack vs people who sometimes flat KK-AA vs 4-bets. On this flop, should I just cb-fold here because he's never shoving worse?

Also, my preflop action might be wrong in the first place. If he only 3-bets QQ+,AK my cold 4b can't be profitable right?
