Villain is playing 8/8 over 14 hands, so basically no info.

I play an almost 3bet or fold strategy, will throw in a call every once in a while with smaller raises or a rec in the BB.

I am so lost on monotone boards as the 3better. Right now I do everything from betting 33% to 70%, but have no real clue what I am doing.
When we go for the 33% I think we have to peel flop because otherwise we are overfolding. But not entirely happy with the call. Is anyone folding flop already?
