Zoom PLO100, 3bet pot. cbet or not?

CO checks, Hero checks

Turn ($19.50) 7 Q T J (2 Players)

CO bets $18.62

CO is unknown(only 43 hands). we are both 150bb ish deep so i decided to 3bet this hand.

I saw the idea of checking back this flop when there is decent chance to get c/r(and we have to fold)

and there are some deception value for checking bottom 2p with no bdfd.

What do you guys think at this situation?

OTT, i think i have AK in my range but given that he potted, just fold?
