I play SNG's I know that this isn't the right place, but I guess that this is something that happens a lot more in MTT since the field is way bigger than SNG's and since the time investment is also higher, so the odds of going on tilt also goes up.
Because I feel that being suckout 2x in a row is the limit for me, and I have to stop playing because I go on tilt.
What strategies or mental frameworks do you use to help you continue playing without being on tilt?
