Where is the best place to study opening hand ranges?
I have been a cash player for many years, but transitioned to live MTT's the past couple years. Coming from cash, I am very comfortable playing in the deep stack parts of tournaments. I also feel confident playing a sub 20 BB stack, where decisions seem pretty straight forward and most decisions are preflop. . I find myself playing too many hands in between. I need to brush up on my hand ranges playing anywhere from a 25 bb stack up to may 70 BB's. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
