Q1. Should I just have 3bet preflop?

Pros:
I've head we should be playing linear ranges and very rarely calling at this stake due to rake.
We have 2 blockers (a new concept to me, may be misapplied?).

Cons:
Hand gets dominated if it hits. (they would 4bet AK often i imagine though)
OOP
I'm misplaying a lot of 3bet pots post flop.

Q2. Should i have cbet flop?
A. Perhaps a 33% bet on this board would have been worth a shot. Other than hitting K or Q I will be doing a lot of xf on turn which I imagine is a big leak of mine.
