ATs 3bet pot NL10

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (5 Players) CO: $10.00
BN: $9.55
SB: $11.21
BB: $10.00
UTG: $11.69 (Hero)
Villain is 22/16 over 1.6K hands, 11.7 3bet from SB
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A T
Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB raises to $1.00, BB folds, Hero calls $0.70
Feel like this is a standard call vs a villain who 3bets a lot from SB.
Flop ($2.10) 5 T 3
SB bets $1.56, Hero calls $1.56
Flopped TPTK, not gonna fold yet.
Turn ($5.22) 5 T 3 J
SB bets $2.90, Hero calls $2.90
Villain tanked for a few second before making the bet whereas he bet almost instantly on the flop. Not sure what to make of that. I think he can have a lot of draws on this board, hands like Axdd, Axss, KQdd as well as value such as TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, AJ
River ($11.02) 5 T 3 J A
SB bets $5.75 and is all in, Hero calls $5.75
Weird river. I suppose the question is how many of his A high flush draws he jams with on the river. If it's all of them then I have a snap call but it's hard to say. One note I had on him was that he 3bet AK then barreled off on a low board vs a fish so I didn't think it was impossible for him to show up with all combos of AK.
Final Pot SB wins and shows three of a kind, Jacks.
UTG lost and shows two pair, Aces and Tens.
SB wins $21.51
Rake is $1.01

Just want to check my thought process for the turn and river here:

As I said above I think he can have a lot of draws on the turn like two diamonds as well as Axss that picked up equity on the turn.

On the river I think he can jam with worse for value such as A3dd, A5ss, AK, AQdd/ss and maybe JT?

What would we do on a off suit river that's not an A such as 2c and he shoves for the same amount? Getting 3-1 do we just call given how many potential draws missed?
