bvb raise flop w two pair | river shove for value too loose?

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (6 Players) BN: $95.99
SB: $247.25
BB: $206.23 (Hero)
UTG: $172.02
MP: $207.87
CO: $316.22
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is BB with 7 6
4 folds, SB raises to $6.00, Hero calls $4.00
Flop ($12.00) 6 Q 7
SB bets $4.00, Hero raises to $14.09, SB calls $10.09
Turn ($40.18) 6 Q 7 4
SB checks, Hero bets $28.00, SB calls $28.00
River ($96.18) 6 Q 7 4 9
SB checks, Hero bets $158.14 and is all in, SB calls $158.14

On the small sample Villain opens 71% SB vs me
No history to speak of
Is a grindish regular

I like my flopraise
I am a little bit unsure about my turnsizing

I elected to go smallish here instead of pottish to overpottish because 58 comes in which strengthens my range more and lets him call less!?

Given the Stacksizes I like something closer to pot better in hindsight

OTR I technically feel fine with my shove...
What made me open this thread is that he tanks for quite a while and then calls me with Q9 ...
which made me wonder if I somehow merged my range here too weirdly and I do not have a clear valueshove here?!..

I can still bluff a bunch here, he prolly never has a set.

The question is how much he'll ever call w Qx or overpair and how much he'll only call w Q7, Q9, 7s9s

I also am not quite sure wether or not a smaller sizing might be useful here. I think it's a shove or a check behind in general.

Thoughts?

Kind Regards
