sqzed 56s combodraw | to barrel off or not to barrel off

Blinds: $1.00/$2.00 (6 Players) BN: $413.18 (Hero)
SB: $259.57
BB: $384.30
UTG: $397.25
MP: $203.00
CO: $283.86
Preflop ($3.00) Hero is BN with 5 6
UTG raises to $6.00, MP folds, CO calls $6.00, Hero raises to $27.00, 2 folds, UTG folds, CO calls $21.00
Flop ($63.00) Q J 3
CO checks, Hero bets $31.33, CO calls $31.33
Turn ($125.66) Q J 3 5
CO checks, Hero checks
River ($125.66) Q J 3 5 2
CO bets $29.00, Hero calls $29.00

EP opens 32% there so far
CO has 10% CC there and is a regular w 30 WTS, 2.4 agr, 46 WWSF and rather very tight 3betting range

I found through studying some SnowiePoker that in general calling 56s will be bad here.

I would have 3bet it so I put it into my sqz range generally.

OTF I think bet > check bc FE vs PPs and outs - other than that this hits his range quite hard

OTT I am mentally trapped between "well, what else do I 2nd+tripple barrel bluff" and "you have a lot of equity, not THAT much FE, the flop hits his range, realize your EQ and check"

OTR do you fold? haha..
Do you think there is room for a raise here?
