"weak" trips IP 3b pot *bad feeling - still a shove?"

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $105.27 (Hero)
SB: $100.26
BB: $101.50
UTG: $101.70
MP: $101.39
CO: $17.18
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BN with T J
3 folds, Hero raises to $2.25, SB raises to $9.20, BB folds, Hero calls $6.95
Flop ($19.40) J 2 J
SB bets $10.69, Hero calls $10.69
Turn ($40.78) J 2 J Q
SB checks, Hero bets $20.14, SB calls $20.14
River ($81.06) J 2 J Q 9
SB checks, Hero bets $65.24 and is all in, SB calls $60.23 and is all in

SB is a new REG who so far has a high SB 3b vs me hence the call "to feel him out"

In general I am not a big fan of flatting JT offsuited here

Postflop:
Is this completely standard?
Or should we (does/would PIO?) consider playing JT differently than AJ/KJ and is/should there be room for a check on one of the streets?

I've got a weird stomach feeling on the river...
I am torn apart between wether this is because I lost the hand to KJo or wether or not I should legitimately think about if JT still is a clear value shove...
or because the 9 completes my KTs floats/calls which maybe reduces his AQ/KK/AA c/c fequency PLUS his probably only 3bettable worse J now beats me!?...
