UTG - 63 / 13 after only 16 hands
BN - 52 /13 / 11 after 277 hands and has only been 4B once and he called that.

With this hand OPP do I call here or should I 4Bet??
Or is this hand crushed to a UTG raise and a BN reraise and should I just fold?
