Is this a standard check fold turn hand???

UTG: $33.33
HJ: $13.52
CO: $57.29
BN: $21.30
SB: $5
BB: $30.27 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.37) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 2 A 5
UTG folds, HJ calls $0.25, CO folds, BN calls $0.25, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.87, HJ calls $0.87, BN calls $0.87
HJ (villain) after 228 hands is 47/11
Flop ($3.48) K 8 K (3 Players)
Hero bets $1.99, HJ calls $1.99, BN folds
villians folds to a CBet 46% (13/28)
Turn ($7.46) T (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $5.59, Hero folds
Since Villian folds 50 % of the time to a CBet do I have to give him credit for a K and give up?
Final Pot
HJ wins $7.09

I believe this is a standard raise preflop?? correct??

and I must CBet this flop.... so when Villian calls the Cbet, and the turn now gives me gutter and nut flush draw, do I have to go all the way because he only has a little more than a pot sized bet left or is the check fold correct.

thx

Pepper
