I would bet bigger flop, somewhere like 70%. Flop and turn seems fine.

Imo shoving the turn is wrong. There are no missed draws here and from villan perspective you always have the nuts here, therefore he wont call with cards worse then ATs,JJ here

Turn checkraise in a spot where villain is almost always value heavy.
He will never fold a set or Ax of clubs there.Also opponent might have a QJ there too.ATs QTs,JTs ther's also in his range.
