Hi Guys,
I have a persistent problem. Sometimes I find myself in spots where I can no longer think straight and I am guided by feelings of fear. In those situations I can no longer think clearly and make logical decisions. Do you recognize this and does anyone have a tip on how I can tackle this?
I personally think of some kind of step-by-step plan that I can implement before I make a decision. I think it's good if I develop a new routine.
Anyone have any tips?
Phill also talks about a concept to connect emotions and logic in his last video. I think thats what i need :) But cant find the right content.
