just some thoughts from my side to your plays:
preflop: i can agree with most of your plays, especially with the concept that you defende widein the BB and that you open loose from the BTN (although stats how tight the BB and SB are would be useful and how much they 3bet cause this influence the size of our raise and how much reraise), i think its tough to say something about playing against 3bet without stats, cause this is really player depenending,how wide you should defend or if a 4bet would be a good option
some things which i would play a bit different:
if someone check behind the flop hu, i would attack these spots a lot more cause i dont see many people who are balanced there
i dislike the give up in the 3bet spot with your bottom pair+gutter and overcards...it depends for sure about what the 3better check behinds here on the flop (does he check aces, kings and queens behind or does he bet it is a key question), but if i know someone is betting this board too much i really like a c/r
there was one hu spot on the river were you betted very thin with a bad two pair, i am not sure if you get here called by worse (which would be mainly just a top pair hand), so i think its a bit of an iffy play
overally i dont think your 6max game is that rusty from what i have seen ;-)

i dont like it at all. especially with the Ah (less semibluffs on his side). i dont like the small cbet size on this kind of flop texture against his SB coldcall and i wouldnt percive his XR size as strong, it looks very standard for me.
