Well, I guess I have advanced interests, but retarded experience level and budget. Could I get enough information like basic opening ranges to start playing some microstakes online games from the essential membership to practice with the methods in the book? I really don't want to start practicing something that will be incompatible with my objective of learning these study methods.

I have just finished a first reading of this book. At the end of it, he mentions some training videos by Phil Ganford which are about the same ideas in the book. Are these videos available under the Essential membership?
