not many turns are safe for your hand. It's a nasty spot where imo readless youre not going to make alot of money either way. I'd say BC>XC>XF.

Our hand plays decent against a premium high card range but if we get 4bet almost half the time where we're left with less than PSB I find it hard to see how that would be the most profitable line. BB will be less likely to enter the pot if we 3bet aswell.

I haven't played much with button but on a small sample he's been raising flops frequently. Haven't seen anything out of line but was mutlitabling and not really paying attention.
He was playing 25/16 5% 3bet, 3.9 AF, 45% flop agg freq. over 200ish hands.

This looks like KK so much. I doubt he would checkraise KQJT/KQJ9/(5567) etc. It could be some AAQJ or 9876 going spastic but given the description its probably a good fold.

I think donking out becomes the best play if the 3bettor rarely c-bets and SB is passive. As default I would checkraise this and be excited.

I agree with betting not being great for the reasons you mentioned. The most likely 2 pair is Q6 which I don't think he will fold.
In my experience most aggro regs will bluff with a one pair realizing its almost never good. The river is so much better for his range than my perceived range.
About the hands that I beat - I'm not sure he would call twice with like QJTx, JT9x but probably KJTx. Some pair+gutter that turned a flushdraw would call turn aswell.
