So I currently play plo 100 where i noticed the population under defends the BB to a SB open. The pool vpips 52% instead of the GTO 72% (based on PLO100 rake strucutre). I dont really have the time to run another preflop adjusted sim where i force the BB to overfold but I'm just wondering from intuition based on such a big under defend how exploitative could i RFI.

My first thought was to turn all limps into RFI's due to high fold equity. This gave me a 42% SB RFI. But i was thinking how much more can we push it. can we simplify to a button RFI of around 55% or maybe even go up to 70% , or even 100%.

Any idea who the biggest crushers in 6 max cash are 100bb+? Im thinking of buying some hand histories to study from.
Names that spring to mind are omaha4rollz, wruumm etc
If anyone could give me some ideas even maybe a top 5 ranking??

thanks for your advice, but i find it just seems like you can get run over folding mediocre hands especially IP vs SB raise and yes hopefully some other people with experience can give their feedbacktoo

Ive been working on playing short stack lately (40-50bb) however I am unsure on how i should defend the BB. Could anyone give me advice on how i should adjust my BB defense stragegy compared to 100BB. eg am i still defending at a high rate etc. A few pointers here would be helpful but if anyone believes they have great short stack knowledge then feel free contact me personally and maybe we can arrange something

great video, love the deeper analysis from reviewing one hand at a time. So much more helpful then just playing through hundreds of hands. Personally these poker after dark videos have been the most enjoyable and useful so far
