What do y'all think is the best game type for building a bankroll in microstakes? 6-max...sng...heads up...zone. Curious because I'm really wanting to focus on one and enjoy all of them.

What are some good books for ABC poker for online micro stakes in 6max.
Looking for some value from books that aren't too outdated. Any reccomendations? Currently reading grinders manual.

Anybody have any ideas on this game type? Been playing .02/.05 and getting beat pretty good. Playing on ignition so no HUD.
