i like your bluff here on the river, the ace hits you range pretty hard and you have many boats and straights in your range, while vilain has a lot less fh or straights in his range (given his 12% pfr you corrctly assume, that his range consists of many ace-low-low-x cards) and should have a hard time calling here with AK or AQ. however i would bet this a bit smaller, like 31 or 32$; should still have enough fe here.

villains call is pretty bad here, for just the reasons that you stated and he just has a bluffcatcher. however a pure bluff is unlikely (imo the only hand that needs to bluffs this river are KKxx hands without a ten; a flush draw likely has the straight draw to go with it and therefore no need to bluff coz the straight got there) because you called two pot sized bets on turn and river and are unlikely to call 2 bets with just a naked flush draw. on top of that villain blocks the nut flush draw as you pointed out

i would either check it with entire range, or cbet 25% with a wide range.
i actually like to cbet small, vs aggro opponents we might induce a bluff, while not giving a free card.

vs straightforward playerswe might still find a a fold if raised.

however, bettig small can set you up for tough turn and river play unless turn and river are two cards lower than 7.

i definetly like a c/r and would make it like 2/3 potsize
