What kind of a diamonds does he really have in his cold calling range that we beat? JJ or TT with diamond he most likely shoves pre. Does he really cold call with KxJd or KxTd and plays this hand the way he did? I think that is unlikely. The most likely diamond he has (and we beat) are pp 66-88.

However, given the action on Turn, if he had Ad in his hand, I dont think he would check the river out of fear of missing out on bet. So we CAN raise if we are confident in our read that our villain has what he has and that he would not check Ad there.

Its a interesting spot that I didnt think about when I first saw it.

Great video. Really puts thing in perspective in regards to how valuable it is to play lower variance and essentially a waiting game for good spots. Thank you for your work, hope to see more from you.

@36:12 hand with QQ you get shown 66 at the showdown and you say that it makes sense. To me it doesnt. He is calling 3b OOP with 20bb stack. Could you elaborate on the BB play and why do you think it makes sense?

Thank you. Great content btw, really enjoy your vids so far.

I like you work so far. Just the vid quality is quite poor. I coulnd read the ranges at the end when you worked with that soft.

One thing I would like to ask is your bet sizing. I noticed you use quite small bets on even wet bords, where I would have thought to bet on larger side (1/2 pot) with my whole range. Could you explain your approach to betting on smaller side and how often that works in your experience on these stakes?

Thank you :)

Great content as usual. I think everyone at some point will be able to relate to this and will find it really helpful just Iike I did now.

I like the way you think about that last hand, ATo and whether to 3b or flat. For the most part I was thinking about it in the same way you did. I think it is better to 3b/fold vs opponents that are tigher from CO, because we block lots of their calling range. If we would just flat against this tighter opponent and Axx bord came, we dont know where we stand and the decision tree gets little too tricky. Against looser opponents I like flat more exactly for the reasons you said, we dominate lots of his Tx hands and I think even lots of his Ax hands. I can see him opening any Ax. It might be worth also thinking about who is in the blinds and adjust flatting/ 3betting to that.

(I might discuss this idea of burnout in a later video).

Please do!

I am at a point right now where I can absolutely relate to this. I was questioning myself past couple of week about why am I not studying as much as I did in the previous weeks on upswing and what is wrong with me. Upon seeing the slide with Phil´s day during upswing and downswing it hit me. It absolutely applies to me and now I see the pattern I was following last weeks. Amazing video Bradley, I really really appreciate what you do. Thankyou

I think its worth mentioning that those "Trigger points" may be happening in the past, way before we make don´t do decision on that given morning or day. For example deciding to go drinking the night before even though we want to be productive next morning, going to bed really late or, and this applies to me, instead of sleeping watching Youtube videos on my phone in bed for hours.

Amazing and inspirational video. I think its perfect to watch while experiencing downswing, it excellently shows that suffering makes you better, tougher and stronger. One just have to have grit to push through it and embrace it.

Thank you for this video, looking forward to more of your work!

I am not sure I understood your metaphor of moving to NY. Is it because of who we are, what we like and what define is, we have a limited or no free choice?

I think Leszek is saying that discipline is the ability to sacrifice some part of today for greater reward down the road. Not necessary to sacrifice present all together.

Great video, thank you. It would be interesting to see a video, where you work with a database and create opening ranges based on stats like you mentioned in video (i think you mentioned % resteal). I was thinking about creating ranges but feel like the concept is too complicated for low stakes mtts.

Amazing video, especially the last part about focus :) Is there any video about focus and how to battle autopilot during a session, being that online or live?
