Anyone here ever use "computer" or "gaming" glasses for grinding? These two seem to be the most popular:

I wear contact lenses during the day for astigmatism. I find that if I'm grinding for longer than 1.5 hrs my eyes start to get really dry/blurry. I've had misclicks before because of this. 55 looking like 66 and thinking I had a set; Q on the river thinking it's a K, etc.

I could change into glasses which are more comfortable but due to the nature of my contact lense cleaner, once I take my contacts out for the day, I can't put them back in. So it's very inconvenient if I want to grind during the middle of the day and still go out at night.

There's a PC program called f:lux which does something similar which I'm already using. But I wanted to get an opinion specifically on the glasses.
