I came to realize that I was checking my results too frequently. And it's just unnecessary anxiety. So I want to check my results once a month.

But there's a problem I'm facing:

How can I not check results if every time I open my tracking software (holdem manager 2) to see and analyse hands, the results of the last, and past sessions, are simply there on the screen and I can't do anything to avoid looking at it?

Any insights are greatly appreciated.
