Warm-Up Routine thread

Hey guyz, I would like to discuss about what is for you the best warm-up routine and why it perform well in your case.

Personally, I find that I do well with this one:
-10' Meditation
-Visualization of my goals, the biggest mistakes I make (either mental or technical) and something that I would like to focus onto
-Take a 10' run while listening to motivational songs
-Stretch a little bit
