Hey. I've been struggling to move up from 100nl zoom for a couple of years now and I'm really frustrated by it. I'm currently playing nl50 since my BR dropped a bit during the last few months. I'm looking for either a coach or simple guidelines (including videos to watch/articles to read) as what to do to get out of this 50nl shithole. I think one issue that's holding me back is my poor mental game. I've got so fed up with all this that it's really easy for me to get frustrated when losing and therefore discouraged to play more (I've had this mental issue for a while...). Any ideas how to deal with it? Additionally, I also think that I lose a lot while being OOP postflop, especially in SB v BB and BB v BTN.
