Are you bluffing this river? I decided to call because he is never folding Ax imo and not sure he will fold 9x or TT/KK and I have SDV against his air.
When he bets it becomes interresting, I don't see what he is representing except A2 and maybe 22 (or a strange play with AA). I don't think he will value bet KK here or play Ax this way. I think shoving is really bad as his range is very polarised beetwen nuts and air.
That said the A is a good card to bet with his air OTT, so he reps SDV by checking back but his river bet is really strange, especially with this sizing... Are you thinking about calling?
