I have heard its bad to bluff light on monotone flops, and every time i try it i get pushed out of the hand in some way. But while chatting with one of my grinder friends recently he told me he always attacks those boards and has heard that they are actually good boards to attack on.

I need opinions on how to approach this problem I'm having.
