Brushing Up Tournament skills after 5 years.

Although I've always been fairly profitable in online tournaments, the main part of my poker income is from mid stakes cash games.  This means that developing my skills in tournaments have always taken a back seat (especially in the last 5 years or so).  Apart from the very good videos on this site, I'll like to get an overview of the areas where I may be rough around the edges.  I'm aware of a few books that have comeout recently.  Any recommendations to the best books for the modern tournament game.

Also I will be looking to play some live tournaments (up to £3k buy-ins) in the near future.  I have been fairly happy with my live game so far, but would like to take it to another level.

Cheers
