How do you consider Shoving Spots like this HU?

Winning Poker No-Limit Hold'em, 1.50 Tournament, 400/800 Blinds (2 handed) - Converted at http://handhistoryconverter.com/

BB (t5,468)
Hero (SB) (t8,032)

Hero's M: 6.69

Preflop: Hero is SB with Kh, 3h
Hero raises t1,200, BB raises to t5,418 (All-In), Hero calls t3,818

Flop: (t10,836) 5d, 9h, 9c (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t10,836) 2c (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t10,836) 7d (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: t10,836

Results:
Hero had Kh, 3h (one pair, nines).
BB had 7h, Kc (two pair, nines and sevens).
Outcome: BB won t10,936

I play SNG Turbo, where heads up we end up being 5bb - 15bb , so how do you study what hands to shove? I mean heads up its profitable to shove KXs, thats what icmizer tells me, but the thing is that he is 80% of the time calling with better hands. The overall question is, how you study HU shove? Icmizer telling you basically to shove tons of hands.

THANKS!
