Deep in the tourney 60 ppl left and the situation comes up in the image:

Hero has A9s in LJ with 33bb facing a 13bb shove from villain on btn.

I feel that in normal circumstances it's an easy call but struggling to work out how close this is with ICM considerations and how +EV it should be to make up for that.
