Is this fold too tight? Turbo SnG

Blinds: t10/t20 (8 Players) UTG: 3,070
MP: 1,600
UTG+1: 1,520
MP+1: 1,470 (Hero)
CO: 1,420
BN: 1,500
SB: 1,480
BB: 1,440
Preflop (30) Hero is MP+1 with K Q
2 folds, UTG+1 raises to 60, Hero calls 60, CO folds, BN calls 60, 2 folds
Flop (210) A 9 Q
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, BN bets 120, UTG+1 calls 120, Hero folds

Still in the first orbit at this point so no reads on anybody. I've got a hand that usually plays pretty well multiway so I'm okay with just calling, no reason to build a big pot and folding seems too nitty.

I've seen worse flops in my life but it's still not great. PF aggressor checks, I check behind hoping that this gets around so I can start betting on the turn. When button bets I think he can definitely have some aces but the situation looks pretty obvious that neither myself nor the original raiser have one, so I'm fully planning on calling, then UTG calls. I don't think it makes much sense for him to check/call an A high flop when he raised from early position. Even if he doesn't have an ace here, thats his board.

So I consider how strong my hand is. If one of them has an ace then I'm very likely to get paid off if a K or Q hits and nobody has AQ which has me drawing dead to running Ks. I'd rather not float my hand out of position against one opponent who very well may be stabbing at the pot when there are so many run outs that just leave me guessing, and one opponent who could be playing anything from a slow played monster hand to a sticky pocket pair.
