MTT final table bubble ICM spot

This hand was on the final table bubble of a deep stack tournament so I have 105bbs, (second in chips). Average stack is about 75bbs and there is a 11bb and 15bb stack. The chipleader min opens who has 120bbs, gets 3 callers, and I squeeze QQ in the BB to about 7.5bbs. He shoves 120bbs on me and everyone else folds. Is this a snap call because we can pretty much rule out him having Aces or Kings and we're so far ahead of his range, or should we fold as we're pretty much guaranteed to reach the final table with a big stack and a skill advantage? Sorry for not posting the actual hand history as I'm writing this from a different computer.
Thanks.
