Sorry if this is the wrong section couldn't find a "theory" section.

Been playing around in GTO Wizard and in a lot of 4 bet pots or river situations in 3 bet pots the solver prefers a 10% bet. Can someone explain why? The only explanations I can think of is that villain over folds relative to MDF vs that sizing or that equity denial isn't important.
