100NL KK tough river decision, what should i do??

I have been getting some hands and playing kinda loose aggressive for a little while on that table.

HJ is a 28/21 reg, he has a fold to 3Bet 54%, and 4Bet 23%. So I am guessing he is calling AQ, AJ, JJ-77 here, some KQ- JT combo. Is this a good range to put him on??
