8handed, weak reg opens HJ, I call ATo in CO, weak reg calls BU. eff. stacks were ~ 100bb

FLOP 976r, reg cbets 1/2 pot(which is his std size almost always), I call, BU folds
TURN 4s- He checks, I decided to stab 3/4 pot (not sure if I should stab here since his cbetting range shouldnt include much air and he will have some piece of the flop like 88, 87, 98 which decided to cehck turn)- He calls.
RIVER 9r - he checks- I bet 100 in 150. Here again not sure if I should bet, AThi is never good at sd, we block T9, A9, but then again if we bluff all AT, we are bluffing too much plus we still have JTs, QTs, KTs in our range.

We have 29 valuecombos OTR (maybe less, since some might x turn)

T8s(4), 77(3), 66(3), 99(1), A9s(2), 98s(2), J9s(1),T9(2),Q9(2) QQ-AA(3,3,3= 9) =29
so we can have 12 bluffs with that size and we have much more bluffable hands.

Any thoughts appreciated.
