When he c/c flop I discount any sets, and have his range as 66,77,88,99,TT, JJ some AJ, KQ,AQ,QT some suited connectors). I think his turn c/r is on the small side and would expect a turned set to mostly bet bigger or jam.

My question is with the board being this wet is this still always just a flat on the turn as any heart, spade 3,8 would be pretty bad.
