4bet Pot IP - some questions (5NL Zoom)

BN: $5.69 (Hero)
SB: $5
BB: $5.42
UTG: $7.95
HJ: $5
CO: $5.57
CO is playing 23/20 over ~170 hands - opening 35% from the CO, fold to 3bet of 40%
Preflop ($0.07) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $0.17, Hero raises to $0.53, SB folds, BB folds, CO raises to $1.15, Hero calls $0.62
3betting as a bluff - I have played a bit with this player before and we have 3bet each other fairly often in the past (Zoom and regular tables) Hadn't 3bet this player this session though.

Should I just be folding to this 4bet? Villain has a 4bet percentage of 40% and a 4bet range of 10 (over a really small sample)
When I was playing this hand, I felt like this player was 4betting pretty light in this spot (given our previous encounters), and decided to flat the 4bet and play a pot in position.
Flop ($2.54) 6 8 5 (2 Players)
CO bets $1.25, Hero calls $1.25
Calling here is standard?
Turn ($5.04) 6 8 5 A (2 Players)
CO checks, Hero bets $3.27
Do I have any fold equity on this card?
This shove feels like spew - the Ace is probably a lot more in his range than in mine?

Should I just be checking back here, looking to hit my flush?

Overall, thought I played this pretty badly.
Thoughts?

Thanks.
