50NL - TPTK facing cold call and over-shove OTF

Preflop ($0.75) Hero is MP with A J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $2.00, CO calls $1.50, BN calls $1.50, SB folds, BB calls $1.00
Flop ($6.75) 3 9 J
BB checks, Hero bets $4.00, CO calls $4.00, BN raises to $50.00 and is all in, BB folds

BTN is a fish, no reads on CO. No real stats on either player, just some pre-flop play observed from BTN to make me assume he's some type of fun player.
